Hire Up Staffing Services is pairing with a local manufacturing firm  looking for top administrative talent to support their Senior Administrators in the role of an Administrative  Assistant.

Administrative duties may include:
  • Ideal candidates will be organized (calendar, to-do list, etc), resourceful and a team focused problem-solver.
  • Professionalism in dress and  presentation is essential, as are strong communication skills.
  • 3-5 years in an administrative or office support role would be ideal.
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills are desired.
  • Excellent Customer Service is a must!

 

This opportunity is full time, temp to hire, and starting pay is in the $15-17  an hour range.
