Hire Up Staffing is on the search for an entry level Accounting Assistant!  This position is unique in that it will require skills in both inventory and accounting.  Primary duties include:
  • Completing all data entry for conversion of ingredients to finished goods
  • Completing shrink write off calculations and adjustments to inventory numbers
  • Manage inventory spreadsheets
  • Manage reporting and reconciliations of outstanding items
  • Assist inventory control team 
  • Assist with Accounts Payable invoicing
  • Vendor and contract management 

To be considered for this position, you must have a 4 year degree in Accounting (or equivalent) and at least 1+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing, ag or production environment.
