Hire Up Staffing in Visalia is currently recruiting for an Accounting Assistant in the Visalia area. This position is a temp to hire opportunity with great advancement opportunities. This Accounting role will be heavy on Accounts Receivable side and be responsible for billing customers for services.
Typical duties for this Accounting Assistant:
- Processing and invoicing for services and products
- Resolving customer service
- Assist with month end closing
- Enter order requests and work with vendors
- Contract management
- Accounts reconciliation
- Accounts receivable and light collections
- Resolve billing and payment discrepancies
- All other accounting administrative support as assigned.
- Must have 3+ years of accounting experience, predominately in AP/AR
- Must have strong organizational skills and have multi-tasking abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Pay range on this position will be $14-16/hr., depending on experience.
