Hire Up Staffing Services is recruiting for an experienced Accounting Specialist for a respected client in the Porterville area. If you enjoy crunching numbers, we want to hear from you!

 

In this Accounting Specialist position, you will handle tasks such as:
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation
  • General ledger
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
  • Heavy data entry
  • Report generation

Successful candidates will have the following attributes/experiences:
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks
  • Typing speed 45+ WPM and 10 key by touch
  • Strong problem-solving skills knowledge in basic accounting principles and research
  • Ability to prioritize work and switch gears if needed

This is a temp to hire opportunity with pay depending on experience.
