Local professional company is looking for a Customer Service Representative   to join their team.



· Heavy  inbound calls from clients or potential clients

· Answering questions to clients pertaining to their service plan

· Assisting with administrative duties as needed

· Determining the needs of the client using a series of questions

· Data entry



· MUST have 2+ years of previous  customer service  experience in a call center

· Bilingual Spanish is highly desired

· Working knowledge of the following programs: Excel, Word and Outlook

· Typing speed of 45+WPM


The Customer Service Representative   is a temp-to-hire position with a starting pay of $13/hr
