File Clerk - Tax Credit Apartment experience

Local tax credit apartment complex is seeking someone to help maintain their tax credit files.  This would be on a full time basis as a Tax Credit File Clerk paying between $11-$14 an hour.   Hours will be full time: 8-5pm, M-F.

The ideal candidate would be someone with a positive attitude, organized, clerical/office experience, takes initiative to familiarize themselves w/ new tasks/concepts, works well independently and dependently, customer service, knows how to navigate a computer (word, excel, internet). This is sort of an entry level position.

If you have previous property management or leasing experience with Section 42 or tax credit / compliance experience, that would be great!

Spanish speaking is a plus, but not a requirement.
