Hire Up Staffing in Visalia is recruiting for an HR Assistant in the Porterville area!  This is a wonderful opportunity with a well-established and well-respected company within our community. 

This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  Someone who has worked in Human Resources in the past is also desired.  

In this role, you will:
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with all levels of management to ensure their personnel needs are met
  • Develop, update and conduct orientation and training activities
  • Maintain (confidential personnel, safety and leave of absence) records and tracking systems
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Employee file maintenance and creation
  • All other duties as assigned
