Human Resources Coordinator
Hire Up Staffing Services is assisting a well-respected Partner in the Fresno area with their recruitment for a Human Resources Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity and pay will depend on experience.
If you love working with people and thrive on watching them grow and develop their careers, this position could be the one for you. To be successful in this position, you should have experience in the following Human Resources functions:
Employee relations, recruiting, on boarding and new hire orientations, assisting with benefits administration, FMLA, attendance tracking, conducting interviews, completing background and reference checks, payroll and all other Human Resources tasks that may arise.
To be considered for this position, ideally you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
- A 4 year degree (preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration)
- The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
