Hire Up Staffing is currently recruiting for a Legal Front Office Coordinator for our client, a prestigious law office in the Bakersfield area.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and the need is immediate! 

Duties Include:
  • Phones
  • Greeting clients
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
  • Administrative support as assigned

  • 4+ years of experience in a legal setting, with civil litigation experience
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to work well in a team environment
