Hire Up Staffing Services  is seeking a Bilingual Medical Billing Assistant for a client in the Tulare area. 
 

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality of employees in the department.
  • Assist with organizing office schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, training' s and other office events.
  • Interact with clinic  staff when necessary to gather and clarify information pertaining to their assigned client.
  • Oversee daily operation of their assigned department with regards to workflow, productivity, time-management, performance, etc.
  • Monitor client inquiries  and respond as necessary.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Recognize and respect the confidential nature of the information processed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as required. 


Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years or equivalent experience as a manager or related job experience
  • Must have knowledge of the billing system.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
