Hire Up is looking for a season Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal!
A Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal is a professional who assists in legal matters related to personal injury cases and is fluent in two languages, typically English and another language such as Spanish. They provide support to attorneys by communicating with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case, ensuring clear understanding and effective representation. Their responsibilities may include drafting legal documents, conducting research, and interpreting for non-English speaking clients. They play a crucial role in facilitating communication and ensuring that all parties involved in the case are able to fully participate and understand the legal process.

Company: A bustling law firm in Clifton, NJ is currently seeking a litigation paralegal to join their dynamic team.
Job Duties Include:
- Produce legal documents, letters, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, demand packages and affidavits under the supervision of an attorney.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, aiding with client meetings, submitting motions, researching legal publications, and coordinating witnesses.
- Order, review, and summarize medical records for preparing discovery responses.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ Years of Personal Injury law experience
- Graduated from an ABA-approved paralegal program.
- Proficiency in Litigation procedures, PC Law, and Needles.
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency to translate.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in a personal injury law firm setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
