Property Coordinator in Fresno is needed! 


3+ years of experience in the Property Management industry 

Strong administrative skills

Detailed, organized

Good computer skills – Word and Excel 

Basic Accounting skills is a plus 

Good customer service

Can work well in team environment

Can work with multiple managers and personalities

Able to work in extremely fast paced environment 


Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with tenant issues for commercial properties

All work order requests involving maintenance – also getting bids for various projects

Making delinquency calls, tenant relations

Assisting property managers with their needs – being able to juggle multiple projects


This is a temp-to-hire position with a pay rate of $15-$18/hr. depending on experience

The work hours are  Monday thru Friday 8: 00-5: 00
