Hire Up Staffing Services is branching into the Merced area!  We are already a highly successful local company in the Valley focused on high values of honesty, integrity, personal drive and the desire to provide the best services possible for our clients.  We are taking this growth and amazing brand in other markets to provide lasting careers for people in your area. 

Starting out we' re looking for a seasoned recruiter to help open up the new office.  The job will entail business development, gaining new clients to work with in the Bakersfield area, recruiting for open positions, doing operation functions for the office such as timecard collection, billing calls, and HR compliance.  We' re looking for a well rounded person with prior staffing service experience, ideally someone who already has a nitche for this market and possibly is ready for the next step in their career. 

This is an amazing opportunity to be at the ground floor of a growing business with potential to move into management in the future with a full staff.  Success is all based off of personal drive and dedication to goals.  

Company fully pays the premium for medical, dental and life insurance policy for the employee.  There is no out of pocket expenses for the employee to incur for their benefits.  Voluntary benefits available for STD, cancer care plan, additional life insurance, additional dental and accident insurance. 

Position has a salary plus monthly bonuses and monthly commission potential.  The sky is the limit here and we create a fun working environment.  The structure is very family oriented and flexible to keep up with the important things in life.

4+ years of successful proven staffing / recruiting experience required OR 

4+ years of successful business-to-business service sales experience with current contacts and relationships to tap into for staffing services
