Hire Up Staffing is recruiting for an Accounting Assistant, an entry-level accounting support position, for a client in the Fresno area. Duties for this position will include:
- Processes checks, posts account information and reconciles deposits.
- Communicates with departments regarding financial issues.
- Ensures billing and payment information is correct.
- Assist with month end and year end.
- Serves as a resource to customer service regarding accounting issues.
Typical requirements to be successful in this accounting role:
- Accounting knowledge with minimum of 2 years accounting work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks
- Typing speed 45+ WPM and 10 key by touch
