Hire Up Staffing is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Bakersfield area

Job duties include but not limited to
  • Oversee reports, production, maintenance, and, documents. 
  • Provide excellent customer service for vendors. 
  • Assist project managers, and dispatching team with scheduling and coordinating projects.
  • High volume phone calls 
  • Data entry skills
  • Basic office duties

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • 4+ years of administrative assisting

This job will pay between $15-18/hr depending on experience.
