Hire Up Staffing is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Bakersfield area!
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Oversee reports, production, maintenance, and, documents.
- Provide excellent customer service for vendors.
- Assist project managers, and dispatching team with scheduling and coordinating projects.
- High volume phone calls
- Data entry skills
- Basic office duties
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- 4+ years of administrative assisting
This job will pay between $15-18/hr depending on experience.
