Qualified candidates for the Administrative Assistant position should have:
  • At least 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant 
  • Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experience with booking travel arrangements and scheduling appointments
  • Great public  speaking and written communication skills

This position requires a candidate that can handle multiple tasks at one time and be very flexible. This is a fast paced environment and candidates should be able to wear many different hats.
