Hire up is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our Fresno client! This is a temp to hire opportunity paying $15 - $18 depending on experience
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide administrative support to supervisory staff which would include composing correspondence of a complex and confidential nature
- Maintain organizational charts
- Make travel arrangements
- Schedule appointments/meetings/conference calls
- Receive and direct incoming calls
- Greet vendors, guests and other
- Establish and maintain effective hard and soft copy filing systems and other duties assigned
- Organize monthly meetings and compile, track and report completion of company trainings and generate and distribute reports
Qualified candidates must have advanced knowledge in Excel.
