Hire Up Staffing in Visalia is looking for a full time, temp to hire Administrative Assistant for a client.   This is a wonderful opportunity to be apart of a close-knit, family-like office.    Pay scale to start on this Administrative Assistant is $13-14/hr. 

Job Duties
  • Answer phones and taking accurate messages
  • Make appointments, calendar management
  • Daily filing
  • Errands
  • Prepare and record deposits
  • Bank reconciliations
  • AP/AR
  • Customer service

  • Must have at least 1+ years of office experience, including accounting functions
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Must have a clean DMV and proof of insurance
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong 10-key and typing skills
