Hire Up Staffing is seeking top management talent in the insurance industry for an Area Manager career opportunity. This person MUST driven, entrepreneurial-minded management professional who is an expert in the Insurance Field. The Area Manager position is one with results-driven commission structure and an expansive benefits package.
Responsibilities as the Area Manager:
- Coordinate sales of P&C, Life and Retirement products within assigned geography.
- Cultivate and foster relationships with school district administrations, unions, and local associations
- Obtain building access and payroll slots as applicable
- Conduct joint work with your new agents in schools and on sales appointments in a training capacity to demonstrate, assist, observe approach
- Communicate expectations and monitor progress
- Market development/networking abilities
- Presentation and organization skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Minimum of 5 years field sales and agency management experience
- Life, Accident & Health / Property & Casualty licenses required
