- Answer, screen, and direct calls and able to use multi-line phone system
- Process documents, mail, perform data entry, and electronic filing
- Run office errands as needed

Staphine Mata joins Hire Up Staffing with 12 years of Administrative Medical experience. Prior to becoming a Recruiting Manager at Hire Up Staffing Staphine worked in the medical field and learned the importance of
patient care, compassion, and health. In her spare time, she enjoys attending sporting events and traveling. Staphine is a success story in the staffing industry, starting out as one of Hire Up’s temporary employees for a well-established client where she received Employee of The Month and was eventually hired on permanent/full-time. As she advanced in her role she began recruiting and training new employees and current staff members. When Staphine decided it was time for a new challenge and career, she once again turned to Hire Up and was offered an internal role as a Recruiting Manager. Her years of experience in the medical field have proved invaluable to her new team in Visalia and she continues to excel each day.
