Hire Up Staffing  is looking for a  professional Bilingual  Receptionist.  This  position  plays a key role within the organization and requires someone with exceptional customer service skills. 

Duties will include:
  • Heavy phones, taking messages and transferring calls
  • Greeting and directing clients when they arrive
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Digitally uploading and organizing scans and files
  • Prepare and receive mail
  • Taking payments

Ideal candidate will:
  • Have advanced customer service experience
  • Be professional and have a solid phone demeanor
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks at once and be able to handle heavy workloads
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the front office/receptionist role
  • Be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
