- Phones, transferring calls, taking accurate messages
- Assisting families with paperwork and following up
- Answering general questions about the program
- Heavy data entry
- General office duties as needed/assigned
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Must be highly proficient with MS Office Professional Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Possesses excellent grammar, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
