CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Hire Up Staffing Services is looking for an outstanding, Bilingual Call Center Representative to perform the following task:
- Answer phones with excellent etiquette
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Practice confidentiality at all times
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must work well in a team environment, but demonstrate ability to show initiative and work independently when necessary
- Must have basic knowledge of Medical Front Office practices
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel
- Speak clearly and effectively
- Answer patients’ general questions in a polite manner
- Aptitude for detail and precision;
- Medical front office training program completion preferred
- 2 years experience in a large call center preferred
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is entry level with at least 1-2 years of call center customer service to grow in a career. Position being entry level starts out at $12.50 per hour on a full-time basis and has opportunity for growth.
