Job Description

Hire Up staffing is working with our Central Valley Client who is in need of a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent for their Construction business!

This company specializes in Multifamily and Commercial and Residential Construction - experience in this area is a must.
In this role you will be:
  • Monitoring projects from planning to completion
  • Budgeting and scheduling
  • Keeping track of project progress
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines
  • Purchasing equipment 
  • Plan construction processes
  • Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget
  • Plan inspections and obtain construction permits from local authorities
