Hire Up Staffing is currently recruiting for a dynamic Customer Service Representative for our well respected Fresno client!
This position is paying $13 - $15/hr depending on experience. Only qualified candidates will be considered.
Candidate must have the ability to perform administrative and office support activities. Duties may also include fielding telephone calls, word processing, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Other activities could include:
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Update policy holders contact information such as phone number and email address
- Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer.
- Help customers with claims
- Call on past due accounts
- Make policies changes
