Hire Up Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative  for our client located in the Merced  area!

This is a temp  to hire opportunity paying up to $14-16 per hour depending on experience.

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Identify  and address customers’ needs
  • Build great  relationships  with customers
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone  skills and active listening
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and CRM systems
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication  skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
