Customer Service Specialist

Hire Up Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist position in the Dinuba Area.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Process orders, check requests, and deductions.
- Communication with team members in different departments regarding orders.
- Ensure customer service request are being met.
- Time management skills to make sure deliveries are met on time.
- Work closely with warehouse to ensure orders are completed on a timely and efficient matter.
- Data entry skills and answering phones.
- Associates degree/ bachelor’ s degree is highly desired
- Accounting/Customer Service skills a plus
- Organizational, Communication, and Data entry skills are required.
- Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook knowledge required.
- Maintain or establish relationships with customers, brokers and team members.
- Spanish speaking skills a plus
This will be a long-term, temp to hire position. $15-16/hr
