Hire Up Staffing Services is currently recruiting for a Dental Front Office Receptionist!

This is a temp to hire opportunity with a pay range of $13-15/hr.

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide accurate information to callers
  • Direct patients and customers to correct destination
  • Professionally handle inquiries from the public and customers
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Schedule & confirm appointments
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Dental Front Office Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Microsoft Word/Excel
  • 4+ years of medical experience in a medical office setting
