Hire Up Staffing has been engaged to conduct the search for a temp-to-hire Executive Assistant & Bookkeeper for our Clovis  client!

This is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic yet supportive environment alongside a very devoted team. This position is full-time, onsite and for immediate hire!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Providing direct accounting and administrative support to the Owner  to streamline business operations

  • Coordinating independent projects to support the management team

  • Managing invoices and obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors

  • Processing bank deposits and financial statements

  • Contacting clients and sending reminders to ensure timely payments

  • Calculating and maintaining pricing in systems monthly

  • Reporting on the status of accounts payable and receivable

What You Have to Offer:

  • Hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience

  • Successful track record of teamwork and ability to work with diverse groups of people

  • College degree in accounting, related field and/or equivalent experience

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment

  • Capable of anticipating work needs and follow-through with minimal direction

  • A desire to help a company grow and make a real impact on a small but experienced team!
