The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’ s senior-level managers with ease. The Executive Assistant’ s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and serving as the principal administrative liaison with all company contacts. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members!
Candidates must have:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Be proficient in MS Office Applications
- Incredible accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to organize schedules, time and appointments efficiently
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Acting as the point of contact among company contacts and managing appointments and calendars
- Making travel accomodation and arrangements
- Oversee clerical staff
- Take minutes during coorporate meetings
- Screen phone calls
- Operate with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
