Hire Up Staffing is currently looking for a File Clerk/Receptionist in the Goshen area. This is a temporary position with a pay range of $13-14/hr.

  • Prepare documents for scanning
  • Perform receptionist duties as well
  • Answer phone and direct call appropriately  
  • Add new information to existing files or create new files as needed
  • Perform general office duties
  • Preview files periodically to make sure that things are placed correctly, for legibility, and make sure file is in good condition
  • Sort documents by chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.
  • Assist in other areas in the office as needed
  • Get approval and payment for invoices

  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able multitask
  • Needs to be reliable and consistent
  • Ability to work in group environment
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • 1+ year experience
