Job Description


Essential Job Functions:
  • Manages a pipeline of conditions and delivers documents received to various investors according to guidelines
  • Cure/clear conditions and re-records defective documents cited by investors
  • Prepares assignments as required
  • Communicates with title companies, Attorneys offices and County Recorders offices to retrieve outstanding documents. Provides status updates to internal/external teams for conditions within pipeline as requested.

 

Required Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalency degree
  • 2-3 years of mortgage experience or office experience
  • Demonstrated experience in analytical, critical thinking, and research techniques
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members and internal/external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to adapt working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated knowledge of mortgage industry and documents
