Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Manages a pipeline of conditions and delivers documents received to various investors according to guidelines
- Cure/clear conditions and re-records defective documents cited by investors
- Prepares assignments as required
- Communicates with title companies, Attorneys offices and County Recorders offices to retrieve outstanding documents. Provides status updates to internal/external teams for conditions within pipeline as requested.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalency degree
- 2-3 years of mortgage experience or office experience
- Demonstrated experience in analytical, critical thinking, and research techniques
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members and internal/external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience and ability to adapt working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated knowledge of mortgage industry and documents
