Hire Up Staffing is currently recruiting for a Front Office Coordinator position!
Responsibilities for positions include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Answer, screen, and direct calls and able to use multi-line phone system
- Process documents and mail, perform data entry, and electronic filing
- Run office errands as needed
- Exceptional phone skills
- Able to multi-task
This position is a temp to hire opportunity, paying $12-$13 per hour. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7: 30 - 4: 30 pm.
