Hire Up Staffing  is looking for a professional Human Resource/Payroll Assistant  in the Selma area!  This is a temp to hire opportunity that will start immediately.   This is a great opportunity to work with a company on the cutting-edge of technology!  Starting pay is $16/hr, with an increase upon permanent hire.   

Responsibilities  
  • Provide administrative support to one or more human resource functions including; employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and/or employee records. 
  • Processes HR department applications including employment and enrollment applications. 
  • Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Knowledge of workers compensation/ workplace investigations. 
  • General projects as needed

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Human Resource Experience 
  • Strong technical skills in multiple HRIS Systems (ADP, KRONOS, Salesforce, Etc) 
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Must be able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
