Job Description
Hire Up Healthcare is currently recruiting for Health Info Rep. for a prestigious medical facility in the Atwater area. These positions are primarily responsible for data entry. You must be available Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm. Pay rate starts at $14.00. This position has great permanent hire potential for the right candidates!
Typical duties for this position include:
- Heavy customer service, facilitating intake paperwork and data entry
- Maintains neat and organized work area
- Responsible for the maintenance, filing, and updating of all patient records
- Clerical experience
- Check eligibility and benefit verification
- Strong typing skills (> 35wpm)
About you:
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient in customer service and ability to be a friendly face to all visitors
- High school grad! (or equivalent)
- Has the desire to make a career within the medical industry
- Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required
- 2+ years of experience in medical/data processing
