Hire Up Staffing Services is currently recruiting for a Temporary Human Resource Assistant in the Corcoran area. This position is temp until late October and has a pay scare of $14.00-15.00/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- General office and reception duties
- Assist with recruiting and hiring of seasonal personnel.
- Ensure data integrity in HRIS
- Daily maintenance of HRIS systems; entering new employees, issuing timecards, and updating employee information.
- Help process paperwork to establish personnel files and supporting documents; ensure files are current and accurate
- Assist with new hire orientation, on-boarding, and training
- Respond to employee inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide assistance to other departments when necessary.
- Participate in California Operations HR team projects and activities
- Interpreter (Spanish/English)
You Have (Minimum Qualifications):
- Ability to interact in a positive and effective manner with staff, employees and the general public.
- Must have Interpersonal skills and be able to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to plan and work independently, organize and perform work in an effective manner with constant interruptions.
- Be punctual; Flexible and adapt to change; maintain a non-judgmental attitude.
- Possess or have the ability to obtain a valid driver’ s license; Must maintain driving privilege
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
