Job Description

Hire Up Healthcare is recruiting for an Infection Prevention Manager for a premier medical facility in Porterville CA! This is a Direct Hire opportunity! Pay range is $38.00-$54.00 per hour, based on Experience!

Job Duties include:
  • Involved in and/or supports subordinate participation in the Employee Performance and Improvement process as measured by active participation in Quality Council activities annually.
  • Reports directly to the Administrative Director of Care and Quality, with clinical oversight by the CNO, the Infection Prevention Registered Nurse Manager educates, conducts surveillance, and participates in the organization-wide Infection Prevention Program and its activities.


Infection Prevention Manager Requirements:
  • Certification in Infection Control or is qualified to site for the CIC Exam in Infection Control is preferred
  • Must be CA RN Licensed
  • 3-5 Years’ experience in acute setting and Infection Control/Employee Health
  • Bachelor’ s Degree is Required
