Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is recruiting for a Leasing Consultant for our client located in the River Park area!

This is fulltime temp to hire position with a competitive pay!

  • Generating traffic, securing appointments and maximizing rentals.
  • Assisting in the total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs of the community, participating in the presentation and monitoring of market ready product, and performing all computer software and administrative duties related to the on-site sales/marketing functions.
  • Provide any customer service to residents
  • Answer phones
  • Must utilize community computer system daily for leasing functions.
  • Responsible for providing quality customer relations/retention, as it might relate to work orders or service requests and assisting in providing a quality living environment for the residents.

  • 1+ years of Leasing experience
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding Customer Service
