Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Life and Health Insurance Agent for our well-established client!

This is a fulltime temp to hire position! With a competitive pay!

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Meeting with clients and analyzing clients’ information
  • Making product recommendations and providing ongoing service
  • Excellent customer service and creating relationships

  • Active Life and Health Insurance License in your residential state
  • Sales experience in either inside or outside sales
  • Passion for the customer and the customer’ s experience
  • The ability to recognize and respond to customer needs and demonstrate sincere commitment to resolving those needs
  • A demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, with a strong aptitude to adjust to change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills to analyze, interpret, and address customer needs
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including offline or special project work
  • Flexibility to work additional hours, if needed
  • Basic experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • High School diploma or GED
