Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Life and Health Insurance Agent for our well-established client!
This is a fulltime temp to hire position! With a competitive pay!
- Scheduling appointments
- Meeting with clients and analyzing clients’ information
- Making product recommendations and providing ongoing service
- Excellent customer service and creating relationships
- Active Life and Health Insurance License in your residential state
- Sales experience in either inside or outside sales
- Passion for the customer and the customer’ s experience
- The ability to recognize and respond to customer needs and demonstrate sincere commitment to resolving those needs
- A demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, with a strong aptitude to adjust to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills to analyze, interpret, and address customer needs
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including offline or special project work
- Flexibility to work additional hours, if needed
- Basic experience using Microsoft Office suite
- High School diploma or GED
