Hire Up Staffing Services is currently searching for an MA/Receptionist for our Clovis client! This is a temp to hire opportunity and pay is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities and Duties include: Perform a multitude of administrative tasks including but not limited to answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, generating and coordinating authorizations for services, maintaining patient charts and preparing patient appointment materials, obtaining test reports from labs, providing support to the medical staff, and organizing office media. Computer fluency and familiarity with EPIC is required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in insurance verification, submitting authorization, etc. required
Must have great people skills and must have great professionalism
Must have excellent attendance record and be prompt
Must be able to multitask and work with meticulous attention to details
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Front/Back Staff Required
