Our well-known Fresno client is currently seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant!

This is a fulltime, temp to hire opportunity with a pay rate of $15.00 - $17.00 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting/Checking patients in for appointments
  • Filing and scanning
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling  appointments for doctors
  • Review and update patient information on all patients in accordance with established procedures
  • Must work well in a team environment, but demonstrate ability to show initiative and work independently when necessary
  • Must have basic knowledge of Medical Front Office practices
  • Communicate effectively both written and verbal

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Medical Administrative setting
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Must have HIPAA knowledge
  • Medical Assistant Degree and BLS (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel
