Job Description


Hire Up Healthcare is currently recruiting for multiple front and back office Medical Assistants  in the Visalia, Tulare, Porterville,  Pixley, Farmersville  areas

These MA roles are temp-to-hire and are starting at $14+/hr depending on experience!

Summary of Duties:
  • Supporting and monitoring patient flow in the front and back office. 
  • Performing important medical tests and procedures on patients and assisting with various aspects of patient visit.
  • Obtaining medical record releases, ensuring the processing of medical record requests.
  • Preparing and stocking exam rooms/lab, discarding of bio hazard waste and sharps, and monitoring inventory to ensure adequate supplies are in stock.
  • Routine testing and cleaning of medical and sterilization equipment to be done on weekly/monthly basis.
  • May be assigned to cover front office and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • MA Certification from a teaching institute is required.
  • MA Certification from a medical doctor will be considered.
  • Injection certification is required.
