Hire Up Staffing Services is proud to be partnering with a leading agriculture company, located in Hanford, CA! They are looking to add an Office/Production Manger to their growing team. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity. Pay range is $20 -$28/hr. depending on experience.

 

This Office/ Production Manager role will be responsible for:
  • Taking customer phone calls and orders
  • Managing freight logistics
  • Preparing order fulfillment paperwork
  • Preparing customer invoices
  • Coordination with production personnel
  • Coordination with maintenance personnel
  • Tracking product and raw material inventory
  • Placing orders for supplies and raw materials
  • Entering bills into accounts payable
  • Filing and recordkeeping
  • Maintaining call logs
  • Running minor errands

 

Special consideration given to candidates with experience in any or all the following areas:
  • Freight logistics and dispatch
  • Management / Human Resources
  • Manufacturing
  • Accounting
  • English/Spanish Bilingual preferred

 

Qualifications Required:
  • Proficient in MS Office, G suite, Acrobat, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Associate degree (B.A. or B.S. degree preferred)
  • Must have reliable transportation
