Hire Up Staffing is currently looking for an Office Administrator  for our well-respected Fresno client!

This Office Administrator  position  is a temp to hire opportunity and starting pay can range from $13-$15  per hour based on  experience! 

Duties:
  • Coordination of  office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
  • Track  stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator
  • Outstanding communication, written, and verbal skills
  • Excellent organization  and leadership skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be highly proficient in MS office
