Hire Up Staffing is looking for an experience Office Administrator for our well established Fresno client!
This is a temp to hire opportunity paying $16 - $20 per hour depending on experience.
Some responsibilities include:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
- Supervising administrative staff.
- Answer and respond to calls and emails.
- Assist management with administrative projects.
- Appointment scheduling and travel arrangements for senior members of the company.
- Provide administrative support for the operations team.
- Coordinate projects.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
