Hire Up Staffing is looking for an experience Office Administrator for our well established Fresno client! 

This is a temp to hire opportunity paying $16 - $20 per hour depending on experience. 

Some responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency. 
  • Supervising administrative staff.
  • Answer and respond to calls and emails.
  • Assist management with administrative projects.
  • Appointment scheduling and travel arrangements for senior members of the company.
  • Provide administrative support for the operations team.
  • Coordinate projects.

Qualifications include:
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
