Hire Up Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator for our client!
This is an exciting temp to hire opportunity working for a well established company here in Fresno.
Pay range is from $15 to $18 per hour depending on past experience.
Purpose of position is:
- Provide administrative support to staff
- To assist with the organizations of conferences, meetings and other events.
- To maintain office efficiency, plan and implement office systems.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Some responsibilities listed below:
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals as assigned.
- Assist all other departments.
