Hire Up is currently working with a large dairy who is  looking for an office staff member to support their production department.  This position is considered a Production Planner.   This is an office position working mainly on technology and supporting the overall plant production. 

In this role you' ll handle the production plan for several shifts of people working in the plant running the production lines and  the shipping department.  This is a high level of coordination of schedules, production reports, production planning and  incoming/outgoing communication with support for all employee staff, along with management.  

Experience with report writing is ideal as in the role you' ll prepare statistical report for the State of CA, prepare weekly production forecasting, prepare customer service reports to track inventory and the plan for producing  more products. 


  • Typing 40 WPM /  10 key 9, 000 kph and above
  • 2-4 years of prior office experience, ideally in a production office
  • Manufacturing, dairy or winery industry experience would be great
  • Intermediate computer skills on Access, Excel, Windows and SAP
  • A great attitude, good customer service and professional communication
  • Spanish speaking would be a benefit as well


Position details:

Location: Turlock, CA

Pay: $14-$20  an hour

Benefits: Fully paid medical, dental, vision and 401k plan

Hours: 8: 30 - 5pm with 30 minute lunch (can adjust) Monday through Friday
