Hire Up Staffing is recruiting for a Program Manager for our client, a well-respected non-profit organization in the King City area.  This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary range of $46-48K plus benefits.

  • Develop a plan to introduce new program to clients
  • Assess the client’ s need for services
  • Train onsite staff on new program and how to effectively bring that message to clients
  • Evaluate and report results as the new program grows
  • Conflict resolution with the services of the program and clients
  • Be in charge of outreach and marketing for the program
  • Monitor the program’ s success and make necessary changes

  • Bachelor’ s degree required, preferably in education and/or marketing
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in education
  • Marketing and promotion experience is necessary for success in this role
  • Prior program development experience
