Hire Up Staffing Services is assisting a well-respected Fresno Client with their recruitment for an in-house Recruiter / HR Assistant. This temp to hire opportunity has a great starting wage!
If you love working with people and thrive on watching them grow and develop their careers, this Recruiter / HR Assistant position could be the one for you. To be successful in this position, you should have experience in the following Recruitment and Human Resources functions:
Employee relations, recruiting, on boarding and new hire orientations, assisting with benefits administration, FMLA, attendance tracking, conducting interviews, completing background and reference checks, payroll and all other Human Resources tasks that may arise.
To be considered for this position, ideally you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
