Hire Up Staffing Services is growing in the Visalia area! Our Visalia team is growing to the point that we are now ready to hire another Recruiting Manager for our office!
We are looking for someone with a strong inside sales background to learn what it means to be a Recruiter. The job will entail business development on current accounts, gaining new clients to work with in the Visalia area through diligent sales efforts, recruiting for open positions, doing operation functions for the office such as time card collection, billing calls and HR compliance.
We need a well-rounded person with the desire to work as a part of a successful team, the willingness to pick up the phone every day and keep up with the demand of both candidates and clients. Our job is very administrative in a sense that we' re processing a high volume of data every day, but we also must be on the phone coordinating and staying in touch. Since staffing is all about the people, there' s really no downtime in this Recruiting Manager role.
Prior staffing service experience would be great, but it' s not required. A strong administrative and sales background are a must. Ideally, someone who already has a niche for this market in a sales capacity and possibly is ready for the next step in their career.
Success is all based off personal drive and dedication to goals. The position has an hourly rate ($13-$15 an hour), plus commission potential and bonuses. An average recruiter can make up to $50k annually in their first year, with paying zero out of pocket expenses for benefits. (Company fully pays the premium for medical, dental and life insurance policy for the employee. Dependents can be added at an additional cost.)
